- Fort Collins — the Cache la Poudre and Spring Creek drainages, plus a large Old Town student-rental stock with aging plumbing.
- Greeley — Weld County, where the Poudre meets the South Platte, irrigation ditches raise local groundwater, and 2013 flood exposure is still mapped.

Which areas do you cover?
The core coverage area is the Denver metro plus Boulder, Longmont, Fort Collins and Greeley. Outlying Front Range towns and mountain communities depend on which independent contractors are available on a given day. Call and ask rather than assuming either way.
Does the price change depending on which city I am in?
Far less than people expect. Front Range cities share a labor market, so the baseline is similar. Boulder tends to run highest because of home values and older housing, and Greeley a little lower. Severity and water category move your bill much more than your ZIP code does.
Do you cover commercial properties?
Yes. Apartment buildings, offices, retail and light industrial are all handled, though a multi-unit loss is a different scope from a single-family basement. Mention it on the call so the right contractor is matched to it.
What about mountain towns west of the metro?
Coverage thins out quickly once you leave the I-25 corridor. Elevation makes freeze-thaw pipe failures more common up there, but contractor density is much lower and drive times are long. It is worth calling, but do not count on a same-day arrival.
