Scope
This policy explains how Emergency Restoration Hub ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use this website or call the number published on it. It applies to visitors in the United States. By using the site or calling the line, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you call or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the service address, and a description of the damage or problem you are dealing with. You may also volunteer other details; anything you tell us about your property or your insurance situation is collected the moment you say it.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we may collect IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on page, and similar analytics data gathered through cookies and comparable technologies.
Call handling. Calls placed to numbers shown on this site may be routed to independent contractors and may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and dispute resolution. If you do not want a call recorded, say so at the start of the call.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
How we use it
We use your information to connect you with independent restoration contractors, to respond to your enquiry, to follow up about the service you asked about, to measure and improve how the site performs, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects.
Who it is shared with
This is the part that matters most on a lead-generation site, so it is stated plainly: your enquiry details are shared with independent third-party restoration contractors so they can contact you about the work. That is the purpose of the service.
We may also share information with service providers acting on our behalf — call handling and answering services, customer communication platforms, analytics providers, and hosting providers — and with professional advisers or authorities where we are legally required to.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, including follow-up, dispute resolution and legal or tax record-keeping. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. When information is no longer needed for any of those purposes, it is deleted or de-identified.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted transport for data submitted through this website. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you where the law requires it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, ask for a portable copy, opt out of marketing communications, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Several U.S. states now provide rights along these lines. We will honor a verifiable request regardless of which state you are in, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
To make a request, email info@sugarloafdigital.com.au with the words "privacy request" and enough detail to identify your record. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 45 days.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of most analytics tracking that way. Some site functionality may degrade if you block cookies entirely.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to understand which pages people use, and to measure the performance of advertising. Third-party analytics and advertising platforms may set their own cookies when you visit. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies, not this one.
