1. What this service is
Emergency Restoration Hub is a marketing and lead-generation service that connects property owners with independent third-party contractors offering water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, storm and flood cleanup, sewage cleanup and related property restoration work.
We do not provide restoration services ourselves. By using this website or calling the number published on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.

2. No contractor liability
Contractors are not our employees, agents or representatives. We do not control, supervise, schedule or inspect their work. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness or legality of anything a contractor does, and we do not independently verify a contractor's licensing, bonding, insurance or certification beyond what that contractor claims.
Any agreement for work is strictly between you and the contractor. You should ask for and confirm proof of insurance and certification before work begins.
3. No direct emergency response
We do not dispatch emergency technicians, do not guarantee response times, and do not promise contractor availability in any particular area at any particular time. This site is not an emergency service. If your situation is dangerous — fire, gas, structural collapse, or live electricity in standing water — call 911.
4. Information on this site is general
Everything published here, including cost guides, checklists and service pages, is general information for planning purposes. It is not professional advice, not an engineering or safety assessment, and not tailored to your property. Restoration work depends on building type, materials, water source category, contamination level and safety conditions that cannot be assessed through a web page.
Cost figures published on this site, including those in the Colorado cost guide, are aggregated planning ranges drawn from published industry data. They are not a quote and are not binding on any contractor.
Nothing on this site is a promise that an insurance claim will be approved. Coverage decisions belong to your carrier and your adjuster.
5. Lead information sharing
By calling or submitting your details, you acknowledge that your information may be shared with one or more independent restoration companies, that a contractor may contact you directly by phone, text or email, and that calls may be recorded or monitored. If you have a dispute with a contractor, you agree to resolve it with that contractor and to release us from claims arising out of it.
